Flashmob budget friendly

✅ This flash mob will be performed by a group of three trainee dancers from the city.

✅ A basic sound system (4W-10W) will be provided for this experience.

✅ The total duration will be around 7 minutes.

✅ A fusion of four songs will be played during the performance.

✅ One of our event coordinators will coordinate online to ensure a seamless experience.

✨ The image used for the flash mob group is for representational purposes from our crew.
✨ The event needs to be booked at least 5 business hours in advance.
✨ If you prefer for us to arrange the location, an additional charge of ₹2000 will apply.
✨ If you want to conduct it at another public location, you need to obtain the necessary permissions.
✨ If the venue is on the outskirts (more than 10 km from our office), transportation charges of ₹30/km will be added to the final estimate.
✨ You can choose two songs for the fusion; the remaining two songs will be selected from the team’s practiced repertoire.

❗At Bubblz.in, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fair treatment for both our clients and performers.
❗For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event, a 70% refund will be provided.
❗For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the event, a 50% refund will be issued.
❗Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling
❗You may request to reschedule your event up to 7 days before the scheduled date at no additional cost, subject to availability. ❗Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event may incur a 30% rescheduling fee.

Force Majeure
❗In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), Bubblz.in will work with you to reschedule the event.
❗Please reach out to our team for any clarifications or special requests. We are committed to making your event planning process as smooth as possible!

➕Booking Confirmation : A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received by Bubblz.in. Until the deposit is received, the date remains open and may be booked by other clients.
➕Cancellation Policy : Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. Please review it carefully before confirming your event. Bubblz.in reserves the right to retain part of the payment in accordance with the cancellation terms.

➕Venue and Performance Space : Clients are responsible for ensuring that the venue allows performances, has adequate space, and is safe for the dancers. Bubblz.in cannot be held liable for restrictions imposed by the venue or insufficient space for the performance.
➕Rehearsal Requirements : For optimal performance quality, access to the event venue or a rehearsal space on the day of the event may be required. This is to familiarize performers with the venue layout and any specific instructions.
Music and Equipment : Clients must ensure that an appropriate sound system is available at the venue. Bubblz.in can provide sound equipment at an additional cost, but this must be arranged in advance.
➕Liability : Bubblz.in will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the performance due to factors outside of our control, such as venue conditions or audience interference.
➕Copyrights and Media Release : Any photos, videos, or media coverage of the flashmob may be used by Bubblz.in for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you wish to restrict media use, this must be discussed prior to the event.
Changes to Performance : Once the choreography, song selection, and details are confirmed, any changes must be communicated in writing at least 7 days prior to the event. Late changes may not be accommodated or could incur additional charges.
